ABOUT our PROCESS
Once you confirm the proposal terms and pay your deposit, your project will begin. First, you will be asked to fill out the questionnaire. This is the perfect opportunity to provide as much information as possible to help us create your dream branding. The answers to these questions are important for us to ensure that your brand is visually cohesive, with your values shining through.
Next, it’s time for brand strategy. We will conduct research on your industry and competitors, and begin crafting a Creative Direction presentation. This presentation will encompass a mini strategy for your business, along with a distinct look and feel for your brand, preparing it for the first round of design concepts.
We’ll showcase your design concepts, along with a color palette and typography system that aligns with your brand. We offer revisions to ensure your complete satisfaction with the design. Once you’re pleased with the concepts, we’ll proceed to create a final design for your approval. When you’re content with the overall look of your new brand, we’ll package all your deliverables and prepare to send them to you once we receive the final payment.
It’s time to celebrate! (That’s all there is to it!) In addition to the launch, you’ll receive mock-ups and graphics for announcing your new branding or website. Your package will also include any extra collateral you may need. Furthermore, we will furnish you with a comprehensive Brand Guidelines document, which will guide you on the effective, confident, and consistent use of all your brand assets. This document will cover logo usage, the color palette, typography, and visual direction.

The typical project completion time falls within the range of 4 to 8 weeks, though it’s important to note that client input and decision-making may occasionally impact project timelines.
Each project comes with 2 to 3 revision rounds included, with any extra revisions incurring separate charges.
Upon requesting our services, we will provide you with an approximate start date.Typically, we schedule projects 2 to 3 weeks in advance. This allows ample time for you to complete questionnaires and assemble any required project content.
Upon receiving the ultimate payment, we will email you your design files. In the case of a website, we will facilitate the transfer of the design to you. Additionally, we maintain a backup of your files in the event of any loss on your part.
Certainly! We believe in dividing projects into incremental payments, not only to make the financial commitment more manageable for you but also to maintain a steady project progression. The initial deposit payment is essential to secure your spot in our schedule and is non-refundable. Then, the remaining payments will be distributed over the course of the project.
The cost of our services is tailored to your specific business requirements. Generally, our clients allocate an investment ranging from $800 to$2500 for branding or web projects.
Given the digital nature of our services, we do not provide refunds. If you believe that the design we are creating does not align with your desired outcome, you won’t be obligated to settle the remaining balance. Please note that all initial deposits are non-refundable.
Indeed, once the final balance has been settled, ownership of all files and designs will be transferred to you.
The design process is collaborative, and your input plays a crucial role. To kickstart, we will request you to complete the Branding Questionnaire and furnish us with any images and text copy required for websites or collateral pieces.
It’s not necessary to have a domain name in place before we work on your project. However, you will need to purchase one before the official site launch.
Additional assets, such as paid fonts and stock photos, as well as fees for website hosting and domain purchasing, are not included within the base price If such expenses arise, they will be discussed with the client before making any purchases.
We work mainly with WordPress. It is a drag-and-drop builders, so there’s no coding required, and you’ll be able to edit elements of your site, after the handover.
